1. Eligibility

You may register with an email/password or via a supported third‑party identity provider (Google, X). You are responsible for keeping your credentials and access tokens secure and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe it is used to abuse the Service, harm other users, or violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute, reverse‑engineer, automate scraping of, or attempt to circumvent the technical protections of the Service. You may not use the Service for unlawful activity or to target other users.
4. Purchases and licenses
Paid features are licensed, not sold. Refund eligibility and other commercial terms are described on the Service’s FAQ and checkout pages and are part of these Terms by reference.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
